"I had just gotten back from holidays," Jason starts, back in 1999, "and didn't have a job at the time. My grandma and aunt were moving and were using RC MOVERS. Ruben needed another helper, as I guess he was just starting out, and I was able to help him move my grandma and then my aunt. After that, Ruben asked if I was looking for a job and I figured I'd give it a try. 27 years later, here I am.

As to why I stayed so long," Jason continues, "I can't really be certain. It is hard labour, but I'm not too scared of that. I think it has to do with the fact that I like to help people out. It has also had to do with Ruben's family. I liked being able to bounce his kids on the trampoline, or get to know them. 27 years later, I'm glad I stayed and have appreciated each opportunity."

From spending nights at our house when time got late, to bouncing our children on the trampoline, Jason is truly one of us. From time to time again Ruben will say, "Jason is my right hand man", and nothing could be more true. Every work place goes through their share of employees, but Jason has been true to our company and we thank him for being with us as long as he has."
