At RC MOVERS, we believe fair pricing should be clear, honest, and earned.
We've proudly served Okotoks and surrounding communities since 1998, and our pricing reflects professional crews, well-maintained equipment, as well as dependable service you can trust.
As a thank you to those choosing us for the first time, we offer a 5% discount for new customers, and we're happy to price match comparable written estimates (up to a reasonable percentage) whenever possible.

Travel And Fuel Charges

$1.20 per kilometre after the first 40 kilometres
(Prices will go up to $1.35 a kilometre after 40 kilometres if diesel prices in Okotoks go past 215.9)

Applies to all local and long distance moves
Additional Services And Surcharges

$250 Surcharge for items over 350 lbs. main floor to main floor

$350 Surcharge for items over 350 lbs. going to different floors

Ferry fees, permits or hotels ( when applicable )

Extra additional charges are always discussed in advance.
Out-Of-Province Moves

Deposits are required for BC and SK moves

Partial payment due 1 week prior to loading

Remaining balances due upon completion
