$140 an hour
3 Guys and 1 truck
$179 an hour
4 Guys and 2 trucks

Fuel/Travel Charges
$0.85 a kilometre after
40 km
3 hour minimum charges
apply to all bookings.
*3 pieces or less is 1h min
(summer only)
Charges start from when the truck leaves the yard in Okotoks to once it returns to the yard in Okotoks.
Additional Charges
$250 surcharge
for items over 350 lbs moved up/down 4 stairs or less
$350 surcharge
for items over 350 lbs moved up/down 5 stairs or more.
Long Distance/Out-Of-Province Moves
Permit fees
BC -- $100 to $500
SK -- $85 to $100
Hotel Accommodation
(if move extends 13hrs)
Est $200 (per night)
Ferry Charges
Vancouver Island -- $200

Payment Policy
Payment is due upon completion of services
Long distance moves must have half deposit day of loading
Forms of Payment:

Unpaid Invoices
after 24 business hours will be subject to daily late fees of
$10 a day

Damage Policy
Our crews are trained to handle every item with care. If accidental damage does occur during your move, our team will immediately notify both the client and the RC MOVERS Management so the issue can be addressed right away. If the client discovers unreported damage after the move, it must be reported to the RC MOVERS Management 07 days of the move date. This timeframe ensures RC MOVERS can run a proper investigation and resolve the issue.
Report Damage
Please Note: Any damages reported after 07 days cannot be considered, as it becomes impossible to determine when or how the damages occurred. Thank you for understanding.
