At RC MOVERS, we believe fair pricing should be clear, honest, and earned. We've proudly served Okotoks and surrounding provinces since 1998 and our pricing reflects professional crews, well-maintained equipment and well-dependable service you can trust.
Our goal is simple: provide strong value without cutting corners and that's what we've been doing since we first opened in 1998.

Hourly Rate

Rates include standard moving equipment and moving insurance.

Charges begin when leaving the yard in Okotoks until return.

A 3 hour minimum charge applies to all bookings, small or large.

$1.20 per kilometre after the first 40 kilometres of leaving Okotoks.

This applies to all local and long distance moves.
Additional Charges

$250 surcharge for items over 350lbs main floor to main floor.

$350 surcharge for items over $350lbs one floor to another.

Ferry fees, permits, or hotels (when applicable).

Extra additional charges are always discussed in advance.

Deposits are required for B.C and SK moves. This is one partial payment one week before loading and the remainder at unload.
Payment Policy

Payment is due upon completion of the RC MOVERS service.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the move is a 3h minimum

Accepted forms of payment: cash, cheque, or e-transfer

e-transfer must be paid within 48h to avoid late charges

Payment plans are also available upon request
