Reporting Damages

At RC MOVERS, we take every precaution to ensure your belongings are safe. If damage does occur, we're committed to investigating fairly and resolving it promptly. Please email r.c.movers99@gmail.com the information below within 07 days of your move date to begin the process of your claim.

Note: Any damages reported after 07 days cannot be considered, as it becomes impossible to determine when or how the damage occurred. Thank you for your understanding.

What You Need to Provide

1. Move Details

- Your name -
- Move date -
-Pickup and Delivery address -

2. Description of the Damage

- What item was damaged -
- Type of damage -
(scratch, dent, broken, etc.)
- When you noticed damages -

3. Photos

- Clear pictures of the damage -
- A photo of the entire item -
(not just the damage)

4. Supporting Information

- Approximate age of the item -
- Original purchase price -
(if known)
- Any receipts or records -

What Happens Next

Step 01:

The RC MOVERS Management reviews your submission and confirm we've received it.

Step 02:

Management speaks with your moving crew about the incident and what they can tell us about it.

Step 03:

We determine whether the damage occurred during your move or was there previously or afterwards.

Step 04:

If your claim is approved, RC MOVERS will arrange for repair, replacement, or compensation for the amount the item is worth at the time of the damages

Submitting this form does not guarantee compensation. All claims are subject to review under RC MOVERS damage and liability policy.
